Reminds me of the episode of Scrubs where the janitor sort of befriends this guy who's been paralyzed and can't speak, and there's this scene at the end where Dr. Cox comes in and the guy says "thank you" using this laptop that reads his eye movements or something, and when Dr. Cox says "you're welcome" the paralyzed guy says "I wasn't talking to you" and then it shows the Janitor walking away down the hall |

That scene hit me right in the heart, mostly just because throughout the whole series there were hints that the janitor was kind of a lonely guy who made mistakes in his life and didn't have many friends It was a good scene |
