NND has almost every episode subbed and uploaded, several of which having at least 2000 views (Lesson Zero is on top with 5,577 views and 1,047 comments). Pixiv also has a decent amount of fanart.
As for being a part of the fandom at large, that doesn't really seem to be the case as they appear to keep to themselves (I can count on one hand the amount of bronies I've seen that have identified themselves as being from Japan). The Japanese are also notoriously poor with English. |

I am from the Japanese side originally and I grew with a healthy respect for Power Puff Girls, Sesame Street and... the 24 TV show. There is a dedicated western cartoon fandom in Japan, though it is a niche compared to anime fandom. |
