Why is it only the Fluttermac fans are so insane? And it is almost all of them. They're everywhere, screaming "Otp foreva", "cheerilee sucks and is like a bad match for him omg", and "I will kill mahself if this happens I refuse to accept da show no more". Twimac and Rarimac shippers aren't causing a scene...and honestly, those ships make more sense. |

Hey, you guys are acting like Big Mac and Cheerilee will end up together at the end, giving the CMC cutie marks (both you and the FlutterMac guys). That's not gonna be the ending, and there will be no romantic coupling with main or side characters (unless they are characters of the day, like Shining Armor and Cadence). In the end, the reset button will be pressed and people will be free to ship Big Mac and Cheerilee with whoever they want again. |

Have Fluttershy and Big Mac even SPOKEN to each other? I don't think they have. They've been in the same scene a few times, that's it. But if you want to go that way, I'm pretty sure Big Mac has been seen near Twilight more often.
Also, this is going to be a "kids try to create and manipulate a relationship to their advantage and fail horribly by not knowing what actually makes a relationship work" kind of story. Not an intelligence insulting "kids make the best matchmakers" type of story. Most likely, by the end of the episode, CheeriMac will be as canonically supported as FlutterMac. In other words, not supported at all. |

Fluttermac is overrated, Rarimac is cuter. Regardless, I welcome whatever the writers come up with - it's their job to write the show, not the shippers. Don't expect any mane 6 pairings in future, they're not going to pull a 180 and suddenly make the opposite sex an issue on the show. In a way that would cheapen the appeal of the show because then it would be as girly as G2, or whichever one was about boys. So stop being such whining babies |

And you guys are acting as if you've seen the show's bible. You're acting like you know how its going to end. Granted, it probably will end with the two of them going seperate ways, but it doesn't mean you guys are right to shove your NUFFIN GUN HAPPIN down our throats.
For all we know mac and cheerilee have had crushes on eachother prior to this ep. They're not major characters so it wouldn't be affecting the show much, to all you against the romance. If people want to ship fluttermac, let them. What we DON'T like are their bashing attitudes. There's a difference. And if we want to hope the best for this episode, let us. |
