The vulva seems like it could be in the right position, althou it's quite under-endowed. (that's rather common/a standard, but still. Althou, if she now is a foal, then it would make sense as that model actually is a childs so xP) And keep in mind the hymen (the "correct" one, not a faulty minority of them) doesn't leave the body in any way, it just stretches out without much of any problems to fit along the rest of the inner walls.
