I'd like it if it was. Very humanizing (ponyizing?). I had to have chemotherapy two years back; it sure wasn't fun. I wish this guy the best. |

I was scared of this... like you guys(who also thought about cancer) Cancer was the first thing that came out of my mind.
I'm scared that somebody would overreact to this kind of things just as the same as what happened to derpy. I'm scared that the entire MLP show would face to court or sumthing which kinda makes the production either postponed or (worse) Cancelled. I just wish that there wouldn't be anyone to overreact to the point to make another petition. P.S. I know how it feel having relatives diagnosed with cancer. My GrandMa died from breast cancer and my Aunt is fighting with one, which was hereditary. :( |

Does anyone here even remember that Lyrica is bald too? I'm actually surprised there's never been fic or comic where, like,Lyra discovers her mother has cancer and has been keeping it a secret then Lyrica discovers her daughter is dating Bonbon... ohh the wonderfully soapy goodness it would provide!! |

I bet it's a trick from the animators' part. It can be difficult to potray someone you see only shortly as being ill or sick, without having to play on some visual cues. So I believe they made the colt bald to indicate that it's a patient. (Could have been, I dono, the janitor taking a nap otherwise.) |
