I had no trouble with her Miltank, but I like to have a lot female Pokemon on my team; so that's most likely why. |

1)Trade a drowzee for the female machop from the dude in the department store.
2)Train until it's level matches the miltank. This is pretty easy because it's a traded pokemon. 3) Proceed to wipe the floor with Whitney's miltank. |
