The cable/satellite lawyers are trying to VERO (Verified Rights Owners) the MLP bronies off. They can do that as they are authorized to protect the franchise or its properties from theft and counterfeiting, as permitted by their Hub licensing agreement. Yes, these awesome plushes are considered counterfeit. |
