Too bad Master Sword is the only item in the world that can punch through the intense evil that shrouds Ganondorf.

^ I kind of agree. The question is if Celestia's holy essense is strong enough to replicate the powers of the Master Sword. She is not. She CAN however replicate the powers of the Light Arrows, the instrament for weakening Ganondorf.
She might be able to fight Ganondorf to a standstill, if she is lucky. Ganondorf is still crazy good and to fight him without the Master Sword is super risky. |

Well, the Four Sword did pretty well against Ganondorf in Four Sword Adventures. It's also possible to beat him down with the Biggoron's Sword in Ocarina o Time, but you do need the Master Sword to finish him off or he won't actually die.
That said, anyone remember the part of Wind Waker where Ganondorf prevented the sun from rising? |

The whole needing the Master Sword to defeat Ganon has been kinda inconsistent in the series. The original is kinda justified since it's somehow not seen in that game. The Master Sword can be skipped ALttP, but only via glitch, however. The Master Sword only makes the Oracle games's Ganon battle easier. And the Four Sword could be argued to be the Master Sword's equal in terms of strength.
