@Rainbowcrash Probably due to her athletic nature. Bustier breasts are seen to be a distraction to runners, so many big chested women don't compete in sports such as track. That leaves more room for more petité women such as Dash.
And quite a lot of people feel that if Dash was humanised, she wouldn't be as big chested as the others. |

@Draconequus: Actually, it's a lot simpler than that. Breasts are mostly fat and athletes burn a lot of fat. Be an athlete for long enough and you're going to end up with smaller breasts. |
