It seems all the Derpy shirts have had their names and descriptions reworded. The newest says "He speaks!" in the description despite the button in the image saying "Derpy speaks!" |

It's probably just for legal reasons, guys.
Selling merchandise with a name you don't own, or that someone else owns, could cause serious trouble. That's why the new Avatar series will be The Last Airbender, because they kept fighting over the merchandising with the movie Avatar, but wanted the merchandise to still say the show name. |
