Wait, wait, wait. Back up. Take note of the texture of the imprint, and the texture of the heat-sealing. They don't match up. You got this from a place where they can re-seal loose packaging. The paper insert is not oriented properly.
Most likely the package got a little wet, (the card is rippled a bit) and it started coming off the card. They used a sealer to fix the seal back on. In order for the sealer to work, the plastic tray has to be rotated. That way the tray would not be loose on the torn part of the card. |
