Well, the font that you were using for the examples actually works fine, and I would go with option D in terms that it's easier to read. Now, you can always change the outline colours with each character and problem solved. |

Mix and Match. Speech Bubbles are the best option in pics that have room for them, choose something else appropriate when they don't work. |

I use Anime Ace, personally. It's similar to Digital Strip.
As for the style of speech, I use Word Stroke, but the entire lettering is one color, and not a border. |

Alrighty, I'll be tallying the votes and other messages. and it seems like any font suggestions are either sticking with Digital strip or a font that's similar. So Digital strip shall be sticking.
As for the style I'm gonna tally those votes as it looks like it'll be a bit close on that one. |
