Easy enough. The apples still had to be sorted for quality and then squeezed for cider, so the process could only go so fast. With Twilight capping and stacking the barrels, that was one less task for Big Mac. |

The Quality control was the real limiter.
Besides Twilight has a habit of forgetting her spells, like the fact when she was being chased by the Hydra and pinned at the edge of a cliff she forgot she can teleport and didn't need to make the plot related "leap of faith". |
