TL;DR version:
In the stomach, you find an acid called hydrochloric acid. It's some really nasty shit, since it's also useful in industry purposes. It's mostly used to clean metal (called pickling). When working with hydrochloric acid, you're forced to wear PVC gloves, protective eye goggles, and chemical-resistant clothing and shoes. |
