I don't know what a narrative masturbatory is, so I can't comment on that.
However, this isn't the first time Hussie has given the fans what they want. He once added fuel to a ship that had virtually nothing to stand on. |

Homestuck has at least 1 million, possibly 2 million readers. The ad system Hussie has actually allows him to keep track. Homestuck isn't really obscure by internet standards.

^^ There is a possibility. Heart could be a very harmony based aspect, so his powers, equipment and his skills could greatly parallel Dash, especially since there are many parallels between Dirk and Dash, although not obvious at first. |
