Not a Pony, but Spike did tear up in "Owl" when he thought Twilight hated him. He almost cried in "Secret of My Excess", too, when he got back to normal (but Rarity made him feel better afterwards) |

@crizzyeyes: It was sad, but IMO the sad thing was that we saw how hard Pinkie worked and we felt with her when she was literally at her wit's end and starting to despair.
The crying as such was almost comic relief to me, because it was so over the top. |

Don't forget the scene in Sisterhooves Social where Rarity started welling up real tears upon really seeing the picture Sweetie made for her. Of course, she subverted it by crying in a dramatic way, but the off-guard tears were very real IMO |
