Also, calling a 1-2 year old colt a "pussy" for acting like a 1-2 year old colt would is a great way of showing how stupid you are to the rest of the fandom.
In this image, I'd say he's about Twi's age which is around an 18-19 year old. So, going along with time lines in the show, that makes Pumpkin about 1-2 years younger than him, making her look 16-17, which is how I'd say she looks in this picture.

In the show, since Pumpkin is a month old and age-wise Pip would be maybe 12, this is just a little bit creepy.

Well, the artist has it in their mind that the age gap between Pumpkin and Pip equates to about four years, which isn't a bad age gap when the characters are "in their twenties".

It's a great picture, I don't see the point in arguing over the actual aging speed of fictional, intelligent ponies. I'd rather just assume it's similar to human aging and leaving it at that.
