So, for the past year or so, I've beeen having this one back pain; always this one exact spot on the lower-right, and it usually activates if I'm really tired, or have been sitting with bad posture.
Now, I graduated college last summer and haven't found a job, so I'm alot less active than I used to (including regular trips to the gym that enrollment gives me access to; the rockwall was fun as hell), so/but last week, I needed to repaint and repair damaged parts of my deck; lots of time spent hunched over. Then, for my TESOL course, two 9 to 5 class days in a row, then finishing the deck, so suddenly, like 5 days of bad posture and tiring exertion. That was a week ago, and I've been sore since, and in a bit wider area than just the small spot. I usually take one ibuprohin gel-cap, an that usualyl covers the worst untill I go to sleep and it 'resets', but it keeps coming back this week. i try to go to the clinic to go see a phsycial therapist, but I keep forgetting or keep getting distracted, and I haven't made an appointment yet, and last time I went, I got sidetracked by bloodtests I had to do and forgot to point out this whole bck busines to get a referral.... Does this sound familiar to anyone (the consistent backpain spot part)? |
