@SteveCharb She didn't break the promise. They explained that. It's not flimsy logic, it's just taking advantage of assumption on the part of others. She said "at breakfast" and the others incorrectly assumed that meant "in the morning." She never actually promised to come to breakfast, only that she would divluge information at such a time. The information giving was entirely dependent on whether or not she was at breakfast with them. The flimsiest logic I saw was that Twilight, Pinkie, et al thought they could consider "at breakfast" and "in the morning."
Make no mistake, she weaseled out of that one quite dishonorably, but she didn't actually break a promise or lie. |

Trivia time: What was wrong with the way they were filling and sealing those cider barrels? Answer: Wooden barrels are filled and emptied through the hole drilled in the side. The ends are not removable without ruining the barrel. |
