People that say that JohnKat COULD happen piss me off, because they belittle John when he says he's NOT A HOMOSEXUAL and they basically say that could change in the future.
At least FlutterMac makes some sort of sense, with similar personalities and nothing that has aired yet to provide firm evidence against it. (H&H is from a love potion, remember?) |

I enjoy the ship JohnKat because it DOESN'T work. When it is depicted i prefer the depiction of said romance to be a doomed one. I like my ships to cause misery.
For ponies: FluttershyXGilda. I imagine a timid, verbally abused Fluttershy (My mind can't conjur up an image of physical Flutterabuse for some reason, possibly because I still have a soul) Who finds herself attracted to Gilda and is intent on making her a better person. Gilda (going on the midieval interpretation of Griffons being uberfaithful to mates) can't get over Rainbow Dash. She tries to get over her through Fluttershy, but her griffon Instints make her even more abusive to the pegasus. For Homestuck my particular favorite is RoseXVriska. The result being John and Kanaya taking up drinking as a hobby and wallowing in self-pity Rose and Vriska's get together would be something caused by a spontaneous moment of passion. Neither really cares too deeply for the other but believes the other does care for her and will go psycho if there is a split. they also feel guilt for John and Kanaya. The misery... It feeds me... |
