I have one of those.
They aren't really useful (breaks too easily), but they're great to show off. And also to cut plastic wrap. |

If it breaks, you're either handling it far too roughly, or you have a really cheap balisong. Or maybe a combination of both. |

Worked on a farm. It resisted the rough treatment (cutting vegetables), but I wouldn't try to use to open oysters.
But I don't think you're supposed to. But, point is, butterflies aren't as tough as vanilla knives. |
