I was about to say the older, mustached one is Flim, while the younger one is Flam, seeing as that would make more sense to name them in birth order of the word "flimflam". |

The lyrics and direction during the song are deceptive, by design. Check the scene where they speed up the machine. The mustached one comes up with the idea to turn off the quality control, and the other says "Good job Flam."
Or at the very end when their getting on board to drive out of town, they also use each other's names there too. |

I had to rewatch it a couple times to check, but they definitely switch names on each other a couple times during their song and dance routine.
I think that was deliberate; the writers didn't want to make it clear which one was Flim and which was Flam. It adds to their "shady traveling salesmen" appearance. |
