I know fanon is that he's Doctor Whooves the timelord etc etc etc, but the actual fanon for the *character* that is that brown earth pony...
Maybe he's the town time-keeper? Works at town hall, keeps notes, manages schedules, that sort of thing? Big Doctor Who fan? |
