Alright, I am gonna compile the list of who these anime characters are and why I made the comparison.
Twilight Sparkle = Yomiko Readman (Read Or Die): Both are bookworms. Spike = Erio Mondial (Nanoha StrikerS): Both are the one guy in a show filled with women. Applejack = Terryman (Kinnikuman): Both are cowboys. Fluttershy = Hinata Hyuuga (Naruto): Both are shrinking violets. Pinkie Pie = Tomo Takino (Azumanga Daioh): Both are hyper-energetic. Rainbow Dash = Simon (TTGL): Both are hotblooded. Gomigomipomi's interpretation of Rainbow Dash helped. Rarity = Shana (Shakugan No Shana): Actually, it's more because they have the same voice actor. Nightmare Moon = Zero (Code Geass): Both tried to rebel against a monarchy. Luna = Lelouch (Code Geass): Both are royalty, and both have the above two as their alter ego. Celestia = Euphemia (Code Geass): Like with the above two, both are princesses, but they have a sort of Never Live It Down moment, for Celestia it's Meta. But for Euphie, it's a moment in-universe. Discord = Haruhi (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu): Crazy? Check. Bending reality? Check. Windigo = Hyourinmaru (Bleach): Ice-based creatures. Lauren Faust/Franky Foster = Kyouko Sakura (Puella Magi Madoka Magica): I'm sorry, but look at that hoodie! It's a lighter blue version of Franky's hoodie! |

No! No! No! Discord is the most like Lelouch with the scheming to usurp Power for his own ends, penchant for Head-Fuckery and even what is effectively Geass type powers. Pinkie Pie is the most like Haruhi any way you look at, right down to the personality and ability to do some weird things to reality.
