The hacker does realize that most of the fics on FIMfiction are also on like 5-6 other sites. He has literally accomplished nothing. |

Crap, yeah, I just checked it out for myself...
Well, whether this is a fail-troll attempt or not, it's still a message. I've been getting this feeling for a while that we're getting a little too comfortable as a fanbase, that if trolls ever come (and the size of that if is slowly growing) we can get through them easily enough because the lessons this show teaches us and being united with one another gives us a better mindset that can see through most dumb troll logic. I don't know, that's what I've seen at least. Maybe I just frequent the more peaceful parts of the fanbase than others. But I kind of get the feeling that this was a message saying "Yes, us haters are still here and we still hate your guts and want to put an end to you" ...Oooor maybe that's just my personal prejudices speaking out and I should shut up now... |

From what i can tell, there was a fic that got "posted" right before the site went down called 'FILTHY JEWS DID 9/11', accompanied by a "goatse-like" picture. I don't know if this is true, but that's what I've heard (read) |

poni.0au.de is a mirror for fimfiction.net, isn't it? Are you guys certain it was actually hacked and not just reverting to some sort of parent/host site while it's down for some non-sinister reason? Or something, I don't really know. |
