I'm optimistic as well, though for different reasons than most, as I'm thinking she'll be in a flash back or another part of the world and not a ruling member of Equestria.
But I'm more of the type of person who enjoys more of the details of a whole world than the details of whole massive group of intertwined characters... |

I'm not sure the flashback aspect is going to happen, as when you look at the display that first showed Cadence and Shining Armor, the Mane 6 are all wearing customized wedding ceremony dresses. |
