Zebras destroying Equestria is the one thing about FO:E that bugs me the most.
Seriously, fuck all of those striped bastards and their pompous space religion for thinking they have any right to attack the characters we know and love who are *objectively* more important. Who raises the sun and moon? Ponies. Who wields the Elements of Harmony? Ponies. Who defeated NMM? Ponies. Who defeated Discord? Ponies. And most importantly, who is the show about? Ponies. Period. |

Does anyone else find it a little hard to swallow that Celestia just gave up when Littlehorn went down?
I think if that situation happened as it did, Celestia would have gone Nightmare and just roasted the zebras alive under the glare of a sun that never set. That or deny them the sun completely and let them freeze and starve. If memory serves, the Zebras couldn't have retaliated with megaspells at that point. |

^ Kkat would have likely contrived some sort of infallible zebra countermeasure to further cram down our throats that zebras are just as special and powerful as ponies despite the extent of their culture and civilization being embodied through a SINGLE individual in the actual show. |

I guess it's similar thing to the Eagles in LotR. You could have gotten rid of the One Ring in a day if you'd just flown it straight to mount doom, but that wouldn't have made for quite as entertaining a story.
Though if things had played out as they should have in Fo:E you'd have got a nation full of dead zebras and and a Nightmare-mode Celestia on the throne. Could have still made for an interesting story, just not a Fallout one. |

Also the Nightmare wasn't strong enough to try and possess another Goddess-Alicorn. It had to work a lot subtler, by driving a single Zebra insane and controlling it. Also it would have to GET to Celestia first. I bet she wasn't in the Mood to mess with starmetal. |

One thing that truely peeves me is that while the zebra let loose hideous necromantic bodies and highly radioactive eldritch explosives, the ponies' only revealed super weapon (that was said to be deployed) was some sorta sun gun.
So the vibe I get is that while the denizens of Equestria and anyone close to them cook in dangerous magics, the far away zebra lands just get roasted in a few key places then carried on their merry little lives with nothing more than a few craters and a gem shortage... What the hell!! Unless I see some serious evidence that the zebras got FUCKED like Deus ramming his 22mm cannon up your vagoo while a hospital tentacle abomination makes out with your face FUCKED I am not gonna be a happy camper. ESPECIALLY as it was them and their asswipe beliefs that played a key role in the war going the way it did... And yes I know a lot of ponies were to blame too but they paid for it! Know show me some mesed up zebra lands!!! |

Yeah, remember how in the real Fallout universe how the US-China war was very one sided (on the US side) and the only reason why nukes were even lunch was because either, China was that despite or a third party was behind it (Fallout 2 implies a rough AI) and the whole point was that the US became a monster and lost its way so much and needed to be pull down and restart. Like how we have NEVER hear anything good form coming out of Canada once the US took it over, or the death camps |
