Maybe it's some kind of Strelok's ponification, so he has a "mark" instead of his regular cutie mark. I think I even see dry blood around the word "STALKER", like his cutie mark was cut off and replaced with this.
Although this may be just dirt or something like that. About the not-so-hidden blade, this probably replaces the knife, since it would be hard for ponies to hold ones and to use them effectively. |
