Not Art Related: Just for the record: To give consent (in the USA) one of the criteria is that you have to be in your right mind. Not drunk or high on drugs. If you are drunk or high you cannot legally give consent and if you are taken advantage of in that state it is considered rape. Just so you know! |

Indeed. I consider people to be fully responsible for their choices when they've knowingly intoxicated themselves, but the law does NOT. |
