I think there was a comic about this a few months ago. Spike is making the kissy-face at the end of his fantasy, and Applejack gives him a kiss. Then at the last panel, he's writing a letter that's like "Sorry, Rarity, I love Applejack now."
Honestly, I think this could work. It's a nice alternative to "canon." |

I'd be surprised if no-one was shipping Spike and AJ. This is the fandom where two characters standing next to each other = "ZOMG MY OTP THEY'RE PRACTICALLY CANON!", so considering that Spike almost kissed Applejack by mistake in an episode it should come as no surprise that they've got a fair share of shippers.
I'm not one of them though. Personally I think Spike is better off finding another dragon to be with. |

I like SpikeIty as much as the next guy to be sure, but I do wish he could find another young dragon. All the dragons in the show to date have been big sumbitches. |

I used to ship AppleSpike, in the vain hope that it would be a more plausible canon. But after Episode 10
I simply changed my mind. Also, @Scope_Dog I've read most scarring fanfiction, but I don't remember one with applejack and Spike in said scarring situation. Please do tell me what you've read, I must complete my mental collection. |

I like Spike/Rarity, Spike/Twilight and Spike/Fluttershy. Those three ponies made an impression on me on the first episode.
1) Spike shows he has a crush on Rarity. 2) Fluttershy really displays interest in Spike (sadly not followed up on other episodes) 3) Twilight seems to express verbal annoyance towards Fluttershy when she wouldn't leave Spike alone. Also happens when Spike fawns over Rarity in various episodes. I'd ship Spike with any pony if it made an impression on me. Sadly, AJ isn't one of them because his moments with her have always been overshadowed by Rarity's within the same episodes. |

i like ship art of spike with every pony...RD is pretty hard and they dont have any screen time or such...AJ and flutter are my fave i guess.
Yeah fluttershy intrest in spike i ship bait...maybe they hang off screen or something in that nature and we see him working..he does taken care of animals and etc... idc about shipping much |
