DISCLAIMER: I have no idea how girls actually talk when they do stuff like this. Please forgive my ignorance Okay, so apparently people have been saying that Heartstrings wants to be human! I found this out pretty late (just a few months ago) but the thing is that I was already thinking the same thing about, but about Pinkie Pie. I mean, not to cast judgment on the fanlabour or anything. Heartstrings' cutie mark is an instrument that pretty much demands the having of hands. Also, 'sitting' (which made her so infamous!) is a posture of relaxation and ease, which would be a manifestion of how she would be most comfortable. So, I latched onto the Lyra wants to be human thing pretty easily, but mostly because I thought it was cute On the other hoof, Pinkie Pie constantly walks and dances on two hooves. She does cartwheels, holds things in her front hooves all the time (like flags and trumpets). She wears a human foam hand to support RBD and dons human nose disguise glasses. Most telling of all though, is the functionless (for ponies) handrail that goes up along the wall to her room. I mean, what in the world is it for!? I think that PP just likes 'walking' up the stairs when nopony is looking Furthermore, according to the toys (yes, I did go there ) Pinkie was raised by human little girls as a baby. In any case, I went into this wanting to do something nice for the ponyfolk and thought it was gonna be kind of weird and creepy (see BB's reaction) but it turned out to be cool and awesome, I think I worked pretty hard to get this done even though I was sick most of the time (-_-) (Also, I call Lyra Heartstrings too because that's the name the toys gave her. It should be easy to accept both though. My first name is actually Sidney, but I go by my middle name, so to me Lyra can be both Lyra and Heartstrings.) Finally, about the Pony Sapiens Club: It is held every Monday (that was Pinkie's idea). You may only use human body part speech (no, "I gotta hoof it to ya," or "He sure is hoofsome" allowed). The purpose of the club is to share interest in and discuss humanity in order to bring out your own inner human. |

So I was lurking around the Lyra fan club and found this little gem and almost surprised that no one upload it yet (since when I searched for the artist this comic never showed up). Also the Lumdrop's reasoning makes alot of sense for those two to be so interested in humans together. |
