@PynkyPy: It's because subconsciously men don't perceive other women as a threat. When they see lesbians they, they don't think "oh no, two less fish in the sea", they just think "THREEWAY!". It also explains why most guys are okay with feminine lesbians, but not butch lesbians.
In other words, our subconscious does not perceive hot lesbians as a threat to our reproductive functions, but rather as a two-for-the-price-of-one deal. |

It's counterproductive. Guys should want there to be as many gay men as possible and as few lesbians as possible, because that means less competition. It's all about porn-- men like lesbian porn and they are scared of gay guys coming onto them, so they'd rather have lesbians than gays even though it reduces the possibility of getting laid. Maybe there are just plain a lot of guys who prefer porn videos over real women. |

@PynkyPy easy. it all boyls down to subcontious gender awareness. homosexual males are still sought after by heterosexual females, creating unnessessary strife among a community. on the other hand, female opinions havent been taken into concern for centuries... well its all primal reactions imo. or from a male point of view it could be concidered just a display. the lesbian porn geard towards men hasnt helped in that regard. or maybe its just the fear of the different, again, a primal mechanism. males tend to court females in the hope of producing offspring, if one assumes both parties know what the other's gender is, and they know they cant conceive, romantic relations seem out of place, and a sign that there's something wrong with the partners. ok its far from easy.
that was just garbled thought, with hardly any rhyme or reason. even if there's anything plausible in there it's pretty well burried underneath nonsense. oh well, tl;dr lol |

Anyone who says there is only one possible explanation for how people end up gay doesn't know what they're talking about, and chances are they are trying to make a political statement.
