I would actually love to see this police pony shipped with Pinkie Pie, if nothing else just because I can sympathize with him.
It would be cute to see him again doing his job around Ponyville, receiving little respect or acknowledgment from other Ponies, but he keeps bumping into Pinkie Pie who keeps responding in a kind and positive way that slowly builds into a relationship ... |

why do I keep thinking he is a police pony??
I guess his uniform is blue, and his hat reminds me of a police hat... but I keep seeing his cutie mark and I try to tell my self he is not a police pony.. but it hasn't caught on for me yet. >_< |
