Probably AJ decided to get some photos taken for fun while with them, and they kept copies for the memories. The only thing that surprises me about it is that AJ would make a bedroom eyes look and in blakk & white. It just doesn't seem like something she would do, more like Rarity or Dash to try and look sexy for the camera. |

My mind wants to go two ways with this.
First, the in-universe, more logical explanation: Rarity is the artistic pony of the group, I wouldn't put it past her to try out photography and ask her friends to model for her. If she can get Dash to wear a really extravagant dress and stand still with it on while Rarity makes adjustment, then clearly Rarity can talk AJ into posing for a camera. Crazy, silly, explanation: It's concept art in this universe, yet it exists in their universe as a fully-developed, albeit black and white, photograph. I think I should be more concerned about what would happen if that photograph is destroyed, or what would happen if the AJ concept art in this world is destroyed. Would it kill off AJ like something straight out of Death Note? Or erase and rewrite history a la Back to the Future? Or will it cause the multiverse to implode? |
