From the artist: The filling is tart cherries, bourbon, sugar, clove, cinnamon, and allspice. Wrap in a tortilla shell spread with melted butter, then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Roll and fry 2 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain and cool, slice in half, and serve garnished with powdered sugar and whipped cream. |
