First off, there are no homosexual ponies in MLP:FiM. There are frequent heterosexual couples listed in MLP:FiM. Mr. and Mrs. Cake, Twilight's parents, Spike X Rarity, AJ's parents, Pinkie Pie's parents, Rarity's parents, and the latest coupling Big Mac X Cherilee!
Okay, this seems fair enough... Homosexual is a sexual deviation, an abnormality, which is not appropriate for kids. Pfffft... I agree that a kid's show probably isn't going to depict gay relationships, but you're not endearing yourself to anyone with this statement. |

I try to love and tolerate everyone, but homophobia makes me sick. (I'm straight, but IMO gays are human just like everyone else and deserve the same rights)
Her arguments seem to be that the show has straight couples, which doesn't mean that no one on the show is gay, just that they haven't show it yet, and that gays are deviants, which is not true AFAIK. |
