Big Mac will have a lot of dialogue in the valentines day episode where he falls in love with Cheerilee |
| Anonymous #900231 5 months ago |
Because it's part of BigMacs character. He's a calm, stallion of few words. |

Cheerilee: You wanna just skip all of this date stuff and go back to my place?
Big Mac: Eeeeeyup. |

And by "a lot of dialogue" Otto means the repetition of the words "yup" and "nope". |

Because Big Mac will (essentially) be getting his own episode soon. I'd call it even. |
| Anonycat #900479 5 months ago |
He was supposed to have another solo episode, but the idea was axed by Hasbro. (and he would not talk during said episode anyways) |
| Anonymous #900529 5 months ago |
Just because he hasn't said more than one whole sentence since Applebuck Season doesn't mean that will forever be the case, there are still plenty of episodes left. |

OP, I see you waited for the end of the season to make that statement. Oh wait, were only half through the season.
Here is a dunce cap. Now go sit in the corner and think about what you have done. |

He is a pony of very few words.
Faust wanted an episode just to show this. Put another way, Big Mac is the most efficient at communication in the Apple family. There is nothing wrong with that. |

If the Big Macintosh episode was not going to have him speaking at all, then I think it's for the best that it got axed. If they're going to give Big Mac an episode then they should at least have the decency to let him actually TALK. Hopefully that's the real reason Hasbro vetoed the episode, and not because they objected to a male character being the star of a single episode (which would likely not be the case anyway, since Spike has gotten episodes of his own).
I really don't like the idea of Big Mac being flanderized into the "Eyup" guy though. We've already heard him speak quite intelligently in Applebuck season so we know he doesn't have Aspergers, so I wish they'd stop portraying him that way. It's like they're a step away from straight up retconning out the few times when he actually talked in full sentences in the past. He had a back injury, not a head injury! |

Big Mac is just the gay-pony version of Silent Bob. |

Poor Big Mac. He gets no respect (and in this case, respect = lines). |
