I know someone posted their version, here's another: 1 20oz Can of cherry pie filling (You can make your own, obviously. This was an experiment so I didn't want to go through too much effort for it not to work or if I burned down my house or something) 2 tbsp Sugar (optional, the filling was really tart) 1/2 tsp cinnamon (I like cinnamon) Soft Taco Tortillas (I used 9, that's how much it took to use all of the filling) 1 egg (for egg wash) Confectioner's Sugar (optional) I warmed up the tortillas first to make them less prone to breaking when I folded them. I simmered the pie filling at a medium heat, adding the sugar and cinnamon, and stirring until the sugar dissolved. By the way, I mashed mine up with a potato masher because Pinkie Pie said the cherries were supposed to be "mushed up." Turn the heat down to low or just off, it just helps if the filling is warm. Place about 2 tbsps of the filling in an oblong shape in the center of the tortilla and brush egg around the edge before folding into a burrito shape. I pan fried these in about half an inch of peanut oil. Put them in seam-down and lightly hold them down with a spoon (the first couple started to unfold without the added pressure). Just watch the color and when one side starts to brown flip it. Remove from the oil when done and let drain on a bunch of paper towels to soak up the excess oil. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar if desired.

If I had any more cherries left, I'd make some of these for breakfast tomorrow. The finished product looks similar to the fruit pies I used to see in vending machines, but with a thinner crust.
