^it takes a pro to screw up an image that badly. You have to be so good, you're actually bad, and once you're that bad, you go back to being pretty good - all while still being pretty bad |

I used to use MSPaint to make crappy Jpgs, but you need the versions from XP or earlier, the newer ones are not as god awful. Alternatively you can emulate jpg artifacts with a variety of techniques. |
