I just can't get over how happy I am with how Derpy turned out. When Derpy said her first line, I was really worried they went the wrong direction in giving a nod to the fans, but by her second line, all I could think about was how excellent Derpy was handled. |

Anon 639: I personally don't like how she came across as well, retarded, at least in the first few lines.
Though, by the time she'd hit the floor, and she broke through it, it served both as a hint that the Town Hall was both old and broken, and that Derpy is literally "dense". I'd prefer her to be depicted as "normal", but with odd eyes. |
