Well considering diapers are usually associated with children the knee jerk reaction for most people is probably "PEDOPHILE!" followed by the stigma of childishness and then the normal disapproval that any fetish is met with. All unfounded of course. Just a mixture of normal human survival instincts and the sometimes ridiculous standards of our culture. |
