That would have been a great S1 episode for the CmCs.
But I can imagine why it was declined. S1 was more about introducing the main cast. S2 is attempting to explore the supporting cast more like Granny Smith, Big Mac, Cheerilee, and who knows who else will appear. |

The only solution: Push it until it appears in S3!
It also sounds like if they won't budge this could make an effective subplot, for one of those eps with enough room to have two things going on. (There would be the apple family, and then another thing where it's focusing on maybe Rarity or Pinkie and they keep intersecting with Mac throughout their day, then when they finish their tiny segment it goes back to Apple family with Mac's next 'helping out' moment.) |
