My hypothesis is that Pegesis wing grow slower than their bodys. Pound cake can fly now but once he grows a little more he wont be able to once his wings have fully grown to support his new weight. |

A foal starts walking after 20 to 30 minutes after being born. Just because human babies can't do something doesn't mean other spices of babies can't do it. |

^Oh yes, that really baffles me. Could mean Scoots is just flightless Forever! or they just learnt to fly? Do pegasi really need flying lessons to fly though? you would think it would come naturally. |

Also, there has never been any implications that she can fly. She has only scooted around. |

Simlun... OMG! Scootaloo really does go along the ground during Cutie Mark Chronicles 1m 18s and not flying. I always thought she was flying in an erratic pattern but actually her feet are dragging along the top of a curvy hill the whole way.
This means that the closest she has ever done to flying canonically is when she hovered for a second during Cutie Pox. I have been convinced Scootaloo is not a weak flying nor a rare flyer, but can't fly. |
