"It’s probably kind of sad that for Noteworthy I have only ever had one job in mind and that’s ‘street musician’. Sets him far, far apart from Meadow Song, who’s rolling in bits and loved by adoring fangirls - Noteworthy’s only worldly possessions are bongos and a horse coat (as in, not a human coat adapted to a pony frame, but an actual horse coat with the hood and straps and those little ear cosies, thank you), and he’s lucky to get anything for his playing. Thankfully, he lives in Equestria - so there is always somebody out there to help.
Noteworthy is very ‘with the flow’ and doesn’t have much care for the state he’s in. His only talent is his music and he refuses to let a corporation get ahold of it and entangle him in copyright agreements and legal documents. This attitude plays in the reverse as well - while he can take money, he refuses to take advantage of anybody’s hospitality, or impose on their wellbeing. Noteworthy will sleep in his alleyway quite comfortably. Secretly, other ponies have been piling hay for him to sleep on." |
