Let's see. It has Rainbow Dash's wings for speed, Applejack's legs for strength, Fluttershy's eyes for "the stare", a fusion of Twilight's and Rarity's horn for magic, and Pinkie's tail and ears for her "twitchiness/pinkie sense".
