@352 Unless it was an alicorn, or the genetics actually do work that way but the father just has closer pegasus/unicorn relatives.

@JohnTheSavage - I'm pretty sure genetics don't work that way. First off, I'm pretty sure its confirmed there are no Male Alicorns left. Second off, if it was an Alicorn father the traits couldn't be seperated - it would either be an Alicorn, or an earth pony. |

Well, actually, if the genes are made up from several pairs (like almost everything genetic is) it's possible for both parents to have multiple recessive genes. It's still highly improbable. |
