Alicorn shmalicorn. It is possible for non-identical twins to have different fathers.
Not that I think Mrs. Cake was unfaithful. Maybe it was from recessive versions of pegasus and unicorn genes. Maybe she had a unicorn doctor perform a spell to choose the races of the foals during pregnancy (the amniomorphic spell?). I mean, they are bakers, it's not like being an earth pony is advantageous to baking or performing deliveries like it is for growing plants. A unicorn and pegasus would have been a logical choice. |
