I never knew that unicorns can make them self fly and walk right through walls/bars o_0
I guess its possible for the baby unicorns only as they are very light in weight. |

I got a theory about the flying pegasus baby, the wings don't grow enough during the early years and thus they lose their ability to fly for a few years until their wings catch up with the added body weight. Plausible or just silly? |

Rarity explained that unicorn foals will sometimes have large bursts of magic.
Maybe the same is true with other types of ponies and thier own magic: In the case of a pegasus, it'll be able to fly for brief periods of time. As the foal grows older, and thier magic stabilizes, they need to learn how to manuelly control it. |
