Did nobody listen to Rarity and Rainbow Dash at the beginning of the episode? Baby unicorns experience random spikes of magical power that come and go. And who would doubt that Pegasi, a race of ponies that are often born within a city of clouds in the sky, wouldn't be able to fly from a very early age. |
