Although there is briefly some good characterisation and description here there are some glaring issues. The writing lacks a sense of style, considering a lot of it is "We need to do the thing", "We are doing the thing", "We have done the thing" without a great deal of content. Another thing - and prepare to have your shit rocked - Griffy is a total Mary Sue, that pretty much tells you everything you need to know.
